Recipes

Step-by-step playbooks an AI agent can follow with the BaseBara connector in Claude or ChatGPT. Each one names the tools it uses, what to ask the user for, and what the result should look like. Ask your assistant “what can I do with BaseBara?” and it will offer these.

Agents: the catalog is at /recipes/index.json and each recipe is plain markdown at /recipes/<slug>.md.

Reach out to a person or company

Find the right person at a company, reveal their details, check for an existing conversation, pick the channel (LinkedIn, email, or phone), then draft and send one approved message.

Use when: The user names a company or person and wants to write to, call, follow up with, or get in front of them.

Run an outreach campaign

Work a list over days on LinkedIn, email, or both: slice it, write one angle per persona and one checkable line per person, and pace the sends yourself in small daily batches.

Use when: The user wants to reach many people, says campaign or sequence, or hands over a list with an offer.

Build a contact list

Turn a company list or a role-plus-firmographic brief into a deduped, stack-ranked table of contacts with a tier and reason per row, reveal only the slice the user approves, and hand the top tier to an outreach campaign.

Use when: The user wants a list of people to contact, by role, company set, size, or location.

Map the buying committee at an account

Sweep one company by persona slot, read team reveals and tenure as relationship signals, flag the gaps, and recommend who to contact first.

Use when: The user asks who matters at one account, or is preparing an ABM push, renewal, or deal review.

Multi-thread a single-threaded deal

Given a deal and who is already engaged, find one candidate per missing role, pick an intro or direct motion, and draft the first touch.

Use when: The user says a deal rests on one contact or asks who else they should be talking to.

Follow up with contacts

Continue conversations with one person or a whole campaign's worth: rebuild the queue from the log and the inbox, classify each reply or silence, and draft one approved continuation at a time.

Use when: The user wants to reply to, nudge, or check on someone they already contacted, catch up on what came back, or work the follow-ups after a campaign, on LinkedIn, by email, or by phone.
